Jewelry Care | We recommend that you store your jewelry in the box provided with your order. Proper storage helps to prevent scratching of stones and metal. Jewelry should be removed before showering or sleeping. Sterling silver jewelry will tarnish through time and wear. You can polish your jewelry by rubbing the metal with a jeweler's polishing cloth. For a deeper clean, soak your jewelry in a solution of 1/2 warm water and 1/2 Windex, then lightly scrub with a soft toothbrush and rinse. Do NOT soak or use any detergent on pearls.

Repairs | We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or production fault free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Should an item need to be returned for a repair, please call or email to receive the return address along with a return authorization (RA) number. Please clearly mark all packages with the RA number. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Court Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
